Christy and Cindy Christmas Morning 1973 (I think!)

I could kick myself for not writing the date on the back of this picture but I am assuming it is Christmas morning 1973. Cindy is trying to get Christy to see that when she pushes down on the people in the school bus they say something, sing, or whatever it was they did!

DFW Iceland!

This is supposed to be the coldest day in Dallas/Ft Worth since 1998. We have had around 4-inches of freezing rain and sleet in our area.  Thankful we only have weather like this once in a while!

No snow here, just an accumulation of freezing rain and sleet!  These pictures were taken about halfway through the storm so we got about double this amount.  Staying in! Dustin's pink flamingo sure looks out of place!

My Bakers

My bakers Samantha and Lindsay a couple of years ago with the cupcakes they decorated for Christmas. Samantha loves baking with her "big girl" cousin Lindsay!  This was December 2011.

This picture was take while Cindy was on Christmas Break in 1975. Christy was 3 and Cindy was 8.  They are shown with their Great-Grandma Sowders, better known as Granny. Granny is holding their Christmas dolls. They loved going to Granny's old farmhouse in the Indiana countryside.

Dad's Last Christmas 12-25-1988

This is a picture Mom or Becky took of Dad on his last Christmas on this earth.  This was taken 12/25/88 and he died a little over 3 months later on April 9, 1989. We sure do miss him!
