Happy Father's Day in Heaven Dad!

Even though I lost my dad 25-years-ago I still miss him. I have thought about him a lot today as it is the Army's birthday and he was in the Army Air Corp during WWII. It is flag day and he was a very patriotic person. But most of all tomorrow is Father's Day. I am sad that I can't celebrate the day with him. Losing one's dad is a loss that always stays with a child, no matter their age.

This is the last picture taken of my dad. He was celebrating a friend's birthday in March before he died on April 9.
